In practice the payment picture is clear-cut: the stake goes in through Bancontact, card or app, and you withdraw by bank transfer. What you may still know as Payconiq has been Bancontact Pay since March 2026. Bancontact is tied to virtually every Belgian debit card, the floor most often being €5.
Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. Available directly, no waiting; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, plus the time the operator itself takes to process the request.
What is asked at registration
Signup asks the same steps everywhere: identity details that match, and a check on them. Expect an ID document plus proof of address. A deposit in someone else's name reliably blocks your payout.
Support here usually runs in English, and a complaint cannot reach the Gaming Commission. Leave the transaction mails in your inbox; in a dispute over a payout those are the only documents that count.

Player questions
- Is there a deposit limit?
€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. A lower limit is active immediately. It is on by default; you need do nothing.
- Do I have to declare winnings?
No. In Belgium gambling winnings are untaxed for the player — the levy sits with the operator. Winnings stay outside personal income tax. Ask for advice if large amounts are involved.
- How does wagering work?
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Declining a bonus is always allowed. The validity window is often shorter than you expect.
- What is the minimum age?
21 — that has been the rule since the 2024 reform, National Lottery aside. The rule applies online and on-site alike. The 2024 reform aligned every form of play.
